The copper braided wires manufactured by Chetna Engineering are used for flexible electrical connections between large components. The copper wires in these connectors are resistant to breakage due to the continuous flow of current through them and absorb the vibrations in larger cables. The copper flexible braids deliver maximum output, even during peak performance stages. Our flexible flat/round copper braids are made from 0.07 mm to 0.8 mm single diameter of copper wire with tin-plated or without tin-plated with PVC or Heat shrink rubber sleeve insulation. Braids are of different conductor sizes/lengths.

Ferrules and Plating

Ferrules are made of high-conductivity seamless 99.9% pure copper that is electro-tin plated before forming on each end of the assembly. This procedure is important to eliminate surface corrosion between the inside of the ferrule and the braids before compression.
